Its ability to respond to sudden raw water contamination incidents. It boasts strong scalability, a compact structure, intelligent operation, and convenient maintenance, enabling it to efficiently purify surface raw water into drinking water that meets the national “Hygiene Standard for Drinking Water” (GB5749-2022).
The YKJ-M series modular water purifiers feature processing module units that, depending on their manufacturing process, are available in four types: steel-concrete lined and externally clad structure, steel-concrete lined and externally sprayed structure, steel structure with advanced anti-corrosion treatment, and food-grade stainless steel structure.
Applicable fields:
The YKJ-M series modular water purifiers are widely applicable to small- and medium-sized water treatment plants (stations) for removing turbidity, color, and other impurities from drinking water, industrial water, and wastewater. They can reduce the turbidity of raw water from 1,000 NTU (with short-term peaks up to 3,000 NTU) to below 1 NTU.
Primarily used in water supply systems for production and daily life in rural areas, small and medium-sized towns, factories and mines, military units, schools, hotels, resorts, government agencies, and other enterprises and institutions that rely on rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and other water sources.
Various service industries, commercial enterprises, and other organizations can equip themselves with on-site water purification systems; swimming pool water treatment; landscape water treatment; and all types of industrial recirculating water systems. These systems can effectively and significantly improve the quality of recycled water, treat reclaimed water for reuse, and remove suspended solids and colloidal impurities from industrial wastewater and concentrated tailings effluents.

Water purification process description:
The YKJ--M series modular water purifier operates in four steps: dosing, reaction, sedimentation, and filtration.
Chemical Dosage Mixer: This equipment integrates dosing and metering devices for chemicals. It allows manual addition of coagulants or other chemical agents to better facilitate subsequent processes such as flocculation and sedimentation.
High-efficiency corrugated plate reactor: A high-efficiency reactive packing material featuring corrugated plates, specifically designed for use in coagulation reaction tanks. As water flows through the constricted passages formed by the corrugated plate assembly, it generates high-velocity currents that create vortices, providing ample opportunities and conditions for particle collisions within the water. Since the flow regime remains consistent throughout the same reaction stage, energy consumption is evenly distributed across the stage, significantly enhancing the reaction rate. This results in excellent reaction performance within a short period of time. The process produces large flocs weighing approximately 3 millimeters, laying a solid foundation for subsequent sedimentation. Performance characteristics: short reaction time, high reaction efficiency, strong adaptability, and compact size.
Sedimentation: The upward-flow inclined-tube sedimentation process is used to settle and separate the flocs formed after coagulation from the water, thereby obtaining clarified supernatant water.
Filter: The inch-filter module of the YKJ--M series modular water purifier can be filled with quartz sand, anthracite filter media, or manganese sand filter media, depending on the quality of the raw water.
It features functions such as filtration, adsorption, iron removal, and manganese removal, with a filtration rate of 6–10 m/h.
We can also configure different filtration modules—such as valveless filters, rapid sand filters, and V-shaped filters—according to user requirements, making them suitable for various needs.
