Overview:
The air-water backwash stainless steel combined water purifier is developed based on our company’s disc-grid reactor and integrated with an air-water backwash filter. It can purify raw water with high turbidity to meet the requirements of the national “Hygiene Standard for Drinking Water” (GB5749-2022), producing potable water that is safe for human consumption. This purifier features a compact and rational design, a high degree of automation in operation, stable performance, excellent treatment efficiency, and a long service life. The filter boasts advantages such as high backwash intensity, strong shear force, powerful dirt removal capability on the sand layer surface, thorough backwashing, reduced backwash water consumption, and superior effluent water quality after backwashing. If equipped with the SK-type intelligent control system—a software-copyrighted device—remote real-time monitoring and adjustment of all operational parameters of the water purification equipment become possible. The system can intelligently detect changes in operating parameters and perform automatic control accordingly, enabling the water plant to operate autonomously with no need for on-site personnel.

The air-water backwash stainless steel combined water purifier is suitable for Class I and Class II surface water sources, capable of treating raw water with turbidity below 1,500 NTU, with short-term allowable peaks up to 3,000 NTU. The effluent turbidity meets the national standards for domestic drinking water. This purifier is ideal for meeting the purified drinking water needs of rural towns, farms, small and medium-sized enterprises located far from cities, military barracks, and other similar communities.
