    1. Water quality treatment:

    Surface and groundwater sources—such as rivers, reservoirs, and lakes—that meet the Class I and Class II water quality standards specified in CJ3020-93 “Standards for Water Quality of Domestic Drinking Water Sources”—may have turbidity levels no higher than 1500 NTU, with short-term peaks reaching up to 3000 NTU.

    2. Water quality indicators after treatment:

    The effluent water quality meets the newly established national standard GB5749-2006, "Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water Quality." Specifically, it complies with the ten routine daily monitoring indicators, including color, turbidity, visually observable particles, odor and taste, pH value, total colony count, total coliforms, thermotolerant coliforms, Escherichia coli, and residual chlorine. Moreover, this treatment process also demonstrates significant removal and improvement effects on other harmful substances in the raw water that previously exceeded the standards.

    1. Net water volume: Rated daily water production: 3,600 cubic meters

    2. Raw water turbidity: ≤1500 NTU, with short-term peaks up to 3000 NTU.

    5. Flow velocity in the stable flow zone: 1.38–1.67 mm/s

    6. Surface loading of the sedimentation zone: 5–6 m 3/m2 ·h

    7. Filtration rate: 6–7 m/h; for dual-layer filter media: 7–10 m/h

    8. Filter Media: φ2.0–φ4.0, φ0.5–φ1.2, Homogeneous Quartz Sand

    9. Filter layer height: ≥0.8 meters

    10. Washing intensity: 14–17 L/s·m 2 (Adjustable)

    11. Rinse time: 4–8 minutes (adjustable)

    12. Minimum head of water intake: 8 meters

    Power Supply and Equipment Control System

    The power supply for the stainless steel modular water purifier system is routed from the distribution room to the electrical control cabinet. The total installed capacity is 35 kW (see Table 1 for details), and the maximum operating load is 2.95 kW.
